This recently renovated stone farmhouse offers four levels of accommodation and walled south-facing gardens. Just 15 minutes from Le Lioran ski resort, and at the heart of walking and mountain bike trails this property offers the ideal base for an active outdoor holiday. 6+ bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including two en suites, plus pool, a stunning snooker room with full sized table and separate spacious games room with table-football and table-tennis tables. The ground floor offers a large open plan kitchen and living/ dining space with range cooker, games table/reading corner, open fire and underfloor heating. Large dining table. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and a television room with two occasional double sofa beds for additional flexible sleeping accommodation. The second floor sleeps 8 people with ease.

gite immense et agréable, avec beaucoup de matériel sur place pour se divertir. on aurait juste aimé que la piscine soit un peu plus chaude.....attention, quand on ouvre l'annonce, il est noté 8 chambres mais en fait il faut bien lire plus loin les descriptions, car il y a 25 futons dans le hall tv, qui n'est pas une chambre fermée, mais un lieu de passage. et les 4 alcoves sont considérées comme 1 chambre, mais pas un souci. donc en fait il y a 6 chambres fermées et non 8, donc bien tout lire avant.

Nous avons passé un week-end formidable avec toute la famille. Il a plu tout le temps !! Why they chose this property

This property was owned for many generations by longstanding family friends of ours who we met through a school french exchange. With their help and support we have renovated the old farmhouse and adjoining barn over many years and brought it back to life in the heart of this rural French village.

What makes this property unique

The house has so much space that you can get away from it all even when you are on holiday in a large group. We have the indoor heated pool, plus three games rooms - an adult zone with a full sized snooker table and dart board, a children/teenage zone with table tennis and table football, plus a toddler zone with toys to play with. All this with the beautiful Cantal countryside on your doorstep and many walking and cycling routes right from the front door.
