Welcome to our personal vacation home!

Our single story home is over 2300sq/ft, and has three (3) bedrooms and three (3) bathrooms. The house currently sleeps 8, and has one King, one Queen, one Double, a Double futon, and Two Twin beds.

We have an onsite client service manager who oversees my property while I'm out of town, and is happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

In the back yard there's a 27' pool, and newly remodeled in ground hot tub. The cabana next to the pool has a 3/4 bathroom with a shower.

The pool is surrounded by a fence to protect children and pets.

The large covered back patio by the pool has a built-in gas grill, sink, and a 4 top table and chairs.

A $500 refundable deposit is authorized prior to the check-in instructions being sent.

Great stay near downtown Vegas!

A small group of friends were in town for an extended weekend and this was a great house in a perfect location close to everywhere we wanted to be. Highly recommend!

Fair warning when booking this property. We were greeted by a foul odor upon arrival and could hear other people on the property. It was later revealed that someone is living there. The beds had dirt in them, the mattresses were stained, and the overall living conditions were unsanitary. Additionally, the door lock is not secure, which is especially concerning given the neighborhood where the property is located.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

We came for an event at the festival grounds, which was couple minutes away by Uber. House and pool in this quiet neighborhood was perfect for our group, and the host was very responsive.

Great place to be able to get to the convention center

As advertised. Spacious. Clean. It was easy to get back and forth to the convention center as well as be able to relax when the day was done. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is great, it’s got great space, great amenities, host is fantastic, responds quickly to questions, photos do not due this space justice it is amazing. Cowboy Christmas Getaway

We used Lyft for getting around, a 5 min ride for things on the Convention Center and the North end of the strip. The kitchen is sparse on supplies compared to other places we have stated, (condiments, coffee, sugar etc…) The dishwasher was broken, (it wasn’t a big deal for us.) We didn’t use the pool, we had a few small issues with the spa, it is very shallow and small. It worked well for 2 people. All in all our stay was great and communication was good.

The pool was excellent. There were plenty of bed lining and towels. Tv in almost every room to entertain. There even was a cool arcade to mess around on! The grilling area was excellent. Plenty of spices for whatever you may want to cook. However my only real complaint would be the knifes. They seem to be very dull. But other than that is was fantastic.

Las Vegas Birthday Trip!

This property was great for our occasion. We had plenty of room to relax and plenty of space for people prepare for a night out in privacy. The space was close to the strip and made it where ride share arrived promptly and got you to your location usually in under 10-minutes. The only critique I have is that we were not advised that there was a caretaker who lived in an attached building which was alarming when a car pulled into the driveway and there was a person walking around. We had issues with the hot tub and pool warming up but the owner was easy to communicate with and allowed for a fix within a day. Overall I would rent this space again and hope to find places just as accommodating in the future.

Great adventure in Vegas

I was traveling with my college age boys. They didn’t know I rented a house w/pool - they assumed another hotel. We were not disappointed. The home was clean and as depicted. The floor plan is well laid out. Once my son realized we had a pool and house and not the hotel pool w/zillion screaming kids, he was the first one in and in for the longest. The appliances are modern. I cooked on the charcoal grill (I’m a master) on the patio and it was very yummy. Just a great experience where we got to connect as a family in an inviting and comfy and private lodging. I didn’t totally understand the on-site manager situation, but it makes perfect sense and we had total privacy and did not realize that existed at first. If we had had some issue, which we didn’t, she would have taken care right away. The guest book people (If forgot to sign that) praised her too. 5 stars

Guest unfortunately was not somebody we would host again in the future. Lack of communication, and guest left the property owing us hundreds of dollars in unpaid reservation costs for add on requests.

Great for our family gathering

The home is in great condition, comfortably furnished and decorated nicely, with good linens and cozy beds. Alex was very accessible and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were clean and nicely heated for us, but the outdoor kitchen and patio area could have used a good wipe down. We also were unable to get the strings of yard lights to come on. A more detailed house manual would certainly be helpful. The only detractors inside were that the toilet in the master bath ran almost constantly, and we were never able to get hot water at the bathroom sinks, even though there was plenty of hot water coming from the showers and at the kitchen sink. The cleanliness of the house was great and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to have a family Thanksgiving dinner. All in all, we had a great time. Thanks Alex!

This property was perfect for our stay. Deborah (Who lives in the attached unit) was very friendly. The Hot tub heats up fast and was excellent for unwinding at the end of the day after walking around all day.
