Amazing place! Perfect easy walk across the street to the best beach! 5 min walk to grocery store and a ton of restaurants and shops. Don’t need a car at all! Very clean, exactly as described and Courtney responds right away to any questions. Definitely book this, amazing deal for the price and location!!

The Cozy Coastal Getaway was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Siesta Key. A block to the beach and a block to Siesta Key Village to visit shops and all sorts of restaurants. Attention was paid to every detail which made our stay relaxing and fun. We appreciated the well furnished kitchen, spacious bedroom with comfortable bed and all the beach supplies. Courtney was responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. This exceeded our high expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

Stayed here for a quick 2-night stay to be on the key for the 4th of July. This property was perfect! Very well stocked and roomy for a small condo. The host provides everything you need. Perfect location for a quick walk to the beach and the village.

Great Condo - Perfect Location!

The condo was comfortable and cozy and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect! We were able to quickly walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping - our car stayed parked at the condo during our entire stay. The property manager was kind and communicated very well. We will definitely return!

This place was great. It was a great location for walking to the beach, bars, and restaurants. It was immaculately clean and was well stocked with bathroom toiletries, kitchen supplies, and beach gear. The hostess was very responsive to all communication before and during our stay. The small touches throughout the place was very much appreciated. We loved it!

Top notch - amazing location an host

My wife and I stayed here for 11 days. We couldn’t have been happier. The host was proactive and attentive to our needs…even when we didn’t think we needed anything. Amazing location

Cannot beat the location, beach is only a minute away and all the bars and restaurants are a couple minutes walk in the opposite direction. We had no need to bring a car although easy parking is available. The host was heat at communicating and even kind enough to get us checked in early. The best part was all the beach supplies that were provided for us and our kids to enjoy the beach! We hope to come back!

Sand Castle Get Away

We were very pleased from beginning to the end of our trip. Location was ideal for walking. The unit was very impressively clean and decorated cleverly. The small details and the extra amenities, like snacks and waters, were a nice touch. The functionality of the unit was nice, especially the water pressure. Wonderful Spot

This lovely condo was in the perfect location for access to the beach and the village. We spent four days here and it was so easy because everything we needed for the beach was provided, including beach towels. We could walk to get coffee in the morning and breakfast when we wanted. No car needed unless you wanted to have a meal outside of the village. Communication with the host was easy and we received quick responses. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

I'm Siesta Key raised Florida girl. My husband and I have 3 children who absolutely love the beach and ocean air.

We are new to hosting - but can already tell how impactful it will be for our family. It has been a lot of fun for us and the children to renovate and decorate this condo and property. We are excited to host at this property & share with guests of what makes Siesta Key such a special place.

Why they chose this property

Laid back beach vibes all year around. From the beach to the village where all the restaurants, bars, live music and shopping is to the beautiful sunsets ... you really can't beat it.

Walking and biking are most common and there's a FREE golf cart taxi as well (magnet is on the side of refrigerator).
Multiple bike and scooter rentals in the village as well.

That beach life is good for the soul!

What makes this property unique

This property has been in my family for over 70 years... it was my grandfathers than passed down to my dad and now slowly transitioning to it being passed down to me.
