All reservations come with a starter pack including laundry detergent, dish washer pods, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.

The bathroom comes pre-stocked with public goods shampoo, conditioner, and shampoo so pack light! Hand soap is also at every sink in unit (including kitchen).

Linens like bed sheets, hand towels, wash rags, bathing and beach towels are provided

The Neighborhood:
Surfside Sanctuary, Unit B144, is situated within the Surf and Racquet Condo complex near The Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island. This prime location offers easy access to the island's attractions, including the historic downtown Fernandina Beach, where you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants. Additionally, the complex is within minutes of six golf courses, providing ample opportunities for golf enthusiasts.

Getting Around:
Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers a variety of transportation options to suit diverse preferences, ensuring convenient travel for all. Visitors can choose from traditional car rentals, taxis, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, though availability may be limited due to the island's size. For a more leisurely experience, renting bicycles or golf carts is popular, allowing for easy exploration of the island's scenic paths and attractions. Additionally, several local transportation companies provide shuttle services to and from Jacksonville International Airport and around the island, offering reliable alternatives for getting around.

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival.
