Beautiful home right on the river. Huge deck is a wonderful place to start the day with a cup of coffee, listen to the river and relax. Kitchen is extremely well supplied. Beds are comfy and it’s quiet. Would stay again

This lovely home and property was absolutely "perfect", as was said by all of us that stayed here! From the first communication with the owner, who was very pleasant, kind, and thoughtful -- to the property manager -- who, as well, was very pleasant, helpful, and kind -- everything was incredibly wonderful! This location was great for our family; it had lots of space for our 'littles' to roam inside and outside. This location is close to any store or restaurant offered in Montrose. It is a very quiet location; one can sit and rock on the back or front porch and listen to the many birds singing that love this place, as well! There is a cool stream, a creek, a pond, a river - a great place to relax, have fun, and de-stress! Will we be back? Absolutely! Planning on making more memories for the family!!

A hideaway oasis close to town!

A wonderful location. Close to town to get groceries. Close to many places to visit like Telluride, Ouray, Black Canyon among others yet this place feels secluded and is very gorgeous and comfortable!
