Nestled amidst native tropical plants, this newly constructed vacation rental offers a serene escape on miles of expansive waterfront along the Caribbean Sea. Modern appliances complement the spacious interior, which includes comfortable living areas with 2 queen beds, 2 full beds and a cozy kitchen and living room. The large porch provides stunning views and includes hammocks for ultimate relaxation – one on the porch and the one the beach.

Guests can explore the shoreline or relax under the beautiful and shady casuarina trees that line the beach, enjoying the natural beauty of this idyllic retreat. Located a short distance from the water’s edge, if this home was any closer to the sea, it would be in the water. Wake up to fantastic early morning island breeze and enjoy memorable sunrises and sunsets.

Conveniently located near essential amenities this home was built as our private island beach retreat, and is now available for unforgettable vacation experiences. Our property manager can arrange concierge services to include private chef, shopping etc.

Our on-island host, Ken, was outstanding. From helping us find the place to sorting out some minor glitches to making recommendations. The house itself is fantastic. It should be noted that the house is located about 2.5 miles from Tarpum Bay and the road isn’t really walkable, so you should be prepared to drive everywhere.

Watercolors is a unique and wonderful spot to stay. It is on the water, in the quieter, southern part of Eleuthera, where you can still walk on the beach and see no one. The house was clean and roomy with a wonderful porch to sit and watch the sunset. The beds were very comfortable. And the AC was quiet and in good working order, though there are lots of windows to open and get in the island breezes. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There is a good market in Tarpon Bay and a few excellent restaurants in Rock Sound. We had a wonderful stay thanks to our caretaker Ken and Tyrone, the owner.

What a great house. The house was very clean comfortable and the beach was amazing. The owner and the property manager Ken were absolutely fantastic. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. There was good water, pressure and drinking water was supplied. The beach was almost all to yourself. There was lots of sea creatures and enough sandy spots to wade in the water. There was a grocery store in liquor store close as well. Everyone in town was wonderful as well. I look forward to bringing my husband back to this house and fishing. Perfect spot for that. A great value for what you receive. Don’t hesitate and just book it.

The host was excellent and very helpful. I had some initial questions before booking and he was quick to respond. We had an issue problem on Christmas eve and he got it fixed that day. The house was clean. The kitchen is huge! And we had plenty of space to host 12 people for Christmas dinner. The beds are comfortable and everything looks like the pictures.We enjoyed our stay and will probably be back if we need a large place again.

Good communication with host and the caretaker Ken, very comfortable house with great views from the porch. House is everything it says in the vrbo ad. Our flight was going to be late arriving, Ken offered to get us some essentials since the stores would be closed when we reached. Fridge was stocked with what we asked for giving us time to go to a restaurant that night and the store the next day. Made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Starlink was nice to have for what time we spent in the house. Newer appliances, washer dryer was a plus. Very much enjoyed our stay. Definitely reccomend.

Will definitely rebook

The home is pristine as well as the beach in front!! Everything extremely clean and all amenities were in working order. The location is ideal and the sunsets were heavenly. You can walk the beach in either direction and we saw 1 person on beach during our stay. The pier for fresh fish and conch is just a few minutes away. The shops in the area were very well stocked and all the locals are very friendly. Our only regret is not booking it for a longer stay!!! We will definitely be back!stockedstockedstodiorkorder.
