Prime Avalon NJ location! 4 bedroom upside down style home close to the beach and downtown.

LINENS and TOWELS PROVIDED. This four bedroom, two and a half bathroom renovated upside-down style home is exceptionally well maintained, located just two blocks to the beach, and has easy access to town! The first floor offers three bedrooms, large hallway bathroom, and a utility room with a door to the rear yard. There is also a “work from home” nook in the hallway. The second floor includes a main living area/great room, powder room (half bath), and the master bedroom including a private stall shower bathroom. There are flat screen TVs in the living room as well as every bedroom. The owner provides bed linens ,bath towels and some beach towels for each rental. Beds will be made and ready for the tenant's arrival. Beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, umbrella, and beach cart/wagon are also provided in the rear yard shed. Weber gas grill in the rear yard. Sorry, no pets permitted.Parking Comments: Off-street parking for at least 3 cars on concrete pad out front. Cross First Avenue and Avalon Avenue to beach.Owner has a pack and play, small crib, and full size crib (needs to be assembled).
