Right on the cascading Mossy Creek on Sugar Mountain! Lovely three bedroom with bonus room, three full bath property with covered and open decks to enjoy the year-round sounds of the bold stream just below. The property has two bedrooms and two baths on the main level, along with a reading room off the primary bedroom. Upstairs is a vaulted ceiling third bedroom and full bath along with a personal covered balcony. Downstairs you'll find the walk-out bonus room with direct access to the creek observation and area. Featuring a gas log fireplace and full kitchen with granite and stainless along with ample storage and all less that two minutes to the ski area, golf course and tennis courts.

2. Start the dishwasher and wash all dishes (Pods are located under the sink). 3. Put all furniture back where you found it
4. Take garbage with you and dispose in local dump site at Sugar Mtn located at 266 Norwood Hollow Rd., Banner Elk, NC Safe Travels back home 🏠!

We loved hearing the creek! It was so beautiful! and we loved the proximity to the mountain ski resort. That made it very easy to go back and forth between sessions.

Beautiful property with a great atmosphere for a get away.....love the deck with the sounds of the creek. Can't wait to see the updates they have planned..it should make it absolutely spectacular! David was a GREAT host, very responsive with quick communication and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!
