einfach komfortabel

Die Wohnung in der obersten Etage, also unter dem Dach, wird zwar bei Sonneneinstrahlung schnell warm. Die in der Wohnung vorhandenen Kühlaggregate belassen die Räume jedoch auf individuell einstellbarer Temperatur. Obwohl an der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße gelegen, ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da die Fenster und der Balkon zum Innenhof gerichtet sind. Ansonsten: Komplettausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der persönliche Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich in rührender, äußerst zuvorkommender Weise!
