About this property

4 BR Cabin near Banner Elk/Beech Mtn. Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Yard

Welcome to Serenity Summit! This charming mountain home features four sleeping areas on a spacious property with seasonal views that inspire relaxation and a sense of peace, located just outside of downtown Banner Elk at the base of Beech Mountain. It is ideal for all seasons, as you are less than ten miles from the slopes of Beech Mountain Ski Resort and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, both perfect for snow skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, snow tubing, and sledding.

Once the slopes close in late spring, the High Country becomes a beautiful destination as nature awakens, offering warm, sunny days and cool, crisp nights. Summer attracts many visitors, and both Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain transition to summer activities, including mountain biking, disc golf, concerts, and more. As fall arrives, the weather remains pleasant, with chilly nights, and the scenery transforms into vibrant colors as leaves turn fiery oranges, reds, golds, and browns. The rolling hills around Serenity Summit open up during the fall leaf season, making it a special place to stay.

The cabin's eye-catching décor, combined with custom raw-edge wood accents, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that blends natural elegance with cozy charm. The main-level living area features beautiful wood floors and floor-to-ceiling tongue-and-groove paneling, enveloping the space in a welcoming cabin ambiance. Comfortable furniture surrounds a large-screen TV, while a traditional wood-burning stove adds warmth. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing everything you need for cooking. The wooden dining table seats six, and the adjacent kitchen bar seats four more, offering a cozy setting for shared meals.

You can dine al fresco or relax in the wooden rocking chairs on the covered porch, which overlooks a spacious yard complete with a fire pit and a picnic table nestled beneath a large, sweeping tree. The lower-level covered patio features a relaxing hot tub and a convenient gas grill, perfect for unwinding or outdoor grilling.

The cabin offers four distinct sleeping areas: a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds on the main level; an upper-level open loft with a king bed and an attached bathroom; and a lower-level space that functions as a separate living area with a full living room, kitchen, bathroom, and an additional queen bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, ensuring comfort and entertainment for all. Up to two dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee, so your furry friends can join your mountain getaway comfortably and safely.

Each TV offers YouTube TV and Netflix, providing both live and on-demand viewing options. For added convenience, there are stacked washer-and-dryer units on both the main and lower levels. Serenity Summit includes high-speed Wi-Fi. A charming wooden sign marks the entrance to the spacious, level gravel driveway, which provides ample parking on both the upper and lower levels. During the winter months (October to March), we strongly recommend 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicles, and chains may be necessary in snowy or icy conditions. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be made for travelers who arrive without the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. There is one floodlight camera overlooking the parking area and porch.

Serenity Summit also features central heating and air conditioning on each level, except the bunk room, which has an attractive electric heater.

Escape to the mountains and experience the charm of Serenity Summit!
