Lovely and Roomy 1 Bedroom

Very nice apartment with a lovely front porch with small yard and a garden in back. For Ptown this apartment is very roomy. I have stayed in many rentals here and this place is much larger than average and especially for the price. The location is quiet but just a short stroll from the center of town and all that Ptown has to offer.

Provincetown Perfect

This is the place that we have been searching for in Provincetown: comfortable, clean, easy, beautiful (and good parking! )... right in the middle of it all. We felt like we knew the place when we walked in the door, even finding many of the kitchen utensils that we use at home. Everything needed is in walking distance along the beach or wandering down Commercial. We could have left the car parked except we love the wild ocean beaches on the National Seashore and walking out at the bay in Wellfleet. Daisy (the Pug), Elisabeth , and I hope to return. Thanks.

Tidy Provincetown Property

The apartment has everything we needed for our 5-day stay in Provincetown. The past reviews were accurate, the location is perfect and the Property Manager was responsive. What would be important to note is that bedroom does not have an air conditioning unit. (Although the ceiling fans were great.) During a real heatwave this could have been an issue. There was also a little noise from the upstairs apartment. (The outdoor stairway that leads to the upstairs unit adjoins one of the bedroom walls.) On a positive note, the kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor grill was in great shape. There is also a wonderful patio with a nice sitting area.

Lovely East End retreat

Charming, comfortable, well located gem in Ptown

Our first ever visit to Ptown was really memorable and this place helped make it special. We were lucky to meet the owners Hugh and Steve on check in before they returned to Boston for the week. Before they left, they showed us around the place and asked if we needed anything extra. They gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and drink. They also provided detailed written instructions and contact details that were left inside the place. The one bedroom unit is a great space and has everything you need including fully equipped kitchen with a great fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The apartment also has a good living room with sofa bed, outside deck, and a handy washer and dryer. The deck looks out to a well-kept small, grassy green lawn and garden with many roses. The unit itself is a little offset from the main street which is just right as it’s close to the fun of Commercial Street, yet quiet, private and peaceful. Out the back is the availability of 1x car parking space as well as a private comfy seating area to enjoy the Ptown sun and relax in the back garden. A small, Jamaican owned grocery and bakery shop is located almost next door. It was great to top up on essentials or buy some tasty baked treats. Within 5-10 minutes walk you’ll see art galleries, coffee shops, restaurants and the centre of Ptown. Hugh and Steve were friendly hosts and easy going and have been locals for many years. We’re glad we had the opportunity to meet them and can say we’ve made new friends. When we have the chance to return to Ptown we’ll definitely be happy to return to their place. Thanks Hugh and Steven and thanks to William (Billy), the building contact, who helped with any questions we had during the booking.
