Heaven away from home awaits on pristine Green Lake in Dedham Maine. 3 spacious bedrooms (a king, queen, and a full) 2 full baths, stainless steel and granite kitchen, beautiful patio overlooking the water with outside seating, complete with fire pit and beach area so you can easily bring your water toys.
Paddle boat, canoe and kayaks on site for your use during your stay. You won't ever want to go home!

The house is in a quiet location and if you like lake life then this is the rental for you. We enjoying relaxing down by the lake even though it was too cold to swim. And the Firepit at night was another bonus. The host was helpful and quick to answer any questions we had.

Awesome views and great location for day trips in Maine. Upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom but you must walk through smaller bedroom to access bathroom. It can be intrusive if traveling with other couples especially during night time toilet trips.

Loved the location, property was very clean and kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment. Family enjoyed sitting outside by the fire listening to loons on the lake in the evening. Highly recommend if looking for a peaceful lake stay.

The house was made for a very nice stay. The house was clean. The access to the lake was great. Our family enjoyed using the kayaks and canoes. Short drive to the Acadia area allowed us to beat the crowds in the morning and use the lake in the afternoon. Well stocked on towels and beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Only downside was the bed sheets were pretty worn out.

We had a great stay! The host let us know the house was ready early, so we got a few extra hours the first day! The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and the AC in the living room kept the entire house reasonably cool (in 90 degree weather!). It was easy access to the lake, and the water was so clean. It is a beauty location!!

Great Vacation

This cabin is absolutely amazing !! The cleanliness of the cabin, location, and atmosphere made for the most perfect vacation in Maine ! This is a must book for family or couples a great hike just down the road if you want to stay close to cabin but still get all the feels of Maine ! Most of all the cleanliness for us and love shown in this rental ! Thank you for a wonderful trip !

Our dream of waterfront property came true in 2010 when we bought this beautiful piece of land. We built the home over a period of 4 years with all the specifications we wanted for our eventual retirement haven. We've made many upgrades including a steel dock system and granite counters.

Why they chose this property

Conveniently located half way between Bangor and Acadia National Park - this area has so much to offer. Shopping, concerts, nightlife in Bangor & a slower paced coastal feeling in Ellsworth and Bar Harbor nearby.

What makes this property unique

Pristine new construction. This is not a typical camp - it's a beautiful home on the water with every feature for outdoor living - and wireless internet if you need to work while you vacation.
There's so much to do & see. Nearby hiking trails & a beautiful all natural rock slide within hiking distance. Great fishing from our paddle boat, kayaks or canoe or bring your own fishing boat and go exploring on the 9 miles of beautiful lake that crosses 3 towns.
