REMODELED IN OCTOBER 2021! Beautifully furnished 1br 1ba condominium located in the Luna di Lusso building of Lake Las Vegas (LLV) Village. Address: 29 Montelago Blvd, Henderson, NV 89011. This easy-access unit has high ceilings and perfect views of the lake. This condo sleeps 4 people. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. The shaded North-facing patio with table and chairs will allow you to relax and take in the views of the lake, golf course (Reflection Bay Hole 17 view from balcony!), palm trees and prestigious LLV community. Location offers peace and quiet, away from pool and Village noise. The kitchenette has a convection-microwave oven combo and there is also an induction cook top with two burners, compact refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, glasses silverware and toaster. Bathroom basics such as towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Free wireless high speed internet, Roku TV (complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and PLEX movies!) and Dish satellite TV are included. Flat screen TVs are included in living room and bedroom. Fully stocked fitness room provides beautiful view of LLV Village. Facility also offers coin laundromat, free underground parking, large swimming pool and hot tubs that are heated year-round. We are also right next door to the LLV Hilton, steps away from shops and restaurants as well as the LLV Marina, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and much more. 35 miles of bike trails are connected to LLV and nearby trailhead parks. We are 15 minutes from Lake Mead National Park, 20 minutes from McCarran International Airport and 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.

Upon arrival, everything was in order. The room was clean the email that I got with the entry codes game the day before like they said it would happen. The host was available if I needed anything we can drive back-and-forth in a couple of things. The room was very nice. The bed was amazing the mattress I couldn’t take it. It was absolutely wonderful.

The Montelago Resort area is lovely, nice restaurants, a small grocery store. The pool area for this unit is also very nice. Proximity to Valley of Fire State Park, Hoover Dam and Boulder City is great. West Rim of the Grand Canyon is a day trip but worth the drive. Las Vegas and the Strip is an easy drive. This unit is clean but is looking very tired and worn. High usage and low maintenance. Needs a good paint job and some new furniture, bedding, mattress. We only had breakfasts in the unit so the kitchen was adequate for our needs. “Amenities” - partially used liquid soap dispensers, partially used shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower area - not very appealing or welcoming. It was adequate for us as a base for our activities. We messaged the listed phone number upon arrival as requested and messaged again as we departed. No response from the host.

Gorgeous Condo!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. We were here for only two nights, wish I could’ve stayed longer. My fiancé and I enjoyed lunch in the village on the lake and live music on the doc at night. Aside from construction issues obstructing view of the lake everything was great!

Overall enjoyed our stay.

The property is nice. You can tell it has been well used over the years, but the basics worked well and were functioning. The area the property is located in has a lot of retail vacancy - we were expecting more restaurants and a larger grocery store with deli items, but we may have traveled out of season. Overall, the location was nice, the bed was decently comfortable and the unit was clean.

Lake Las Vegas condo

Excellent location. Nice suite. Small things that needed to be fixed but they didn’t affect the quality of our stay. The complex has some rules about guests coming over that I would have been helpful to know about ahead of time. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent 4th Of July Weekend

We had a wonderful time at Lake Las Vegas . The condo is beautiful with a wonderful view. It is close to the village. It has a great pool area. It was quiet while we were there. Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. We manage multiple food allergies in our family so having a place we can prepare our food is a must. This is a great ground level unit with easy access to parking and pool. I highly recommend!

Thank you for the review! We really appreciate it. One clarification for the benefit of our future guests: while the entrance to the condo is technically on the ground floor (from the front of the building), the balcony and bedroom windows overlook the lake (back of the building) and they are actually on what would be the second floor, because the land is angled on the lake side. A bit hard to describe, the point being that the balcony and windows have complete privacy and unobstructed views.

April 2-16-2025. Great place to rejuvinate. Watch a Quail family & the Roadrunner go by each morning. Location is fabulous, quiet & peaceful. Easy access to many desert tours. The kitchen is very limited, we managed as niether of us were in the cooking mood! Bar fridge is a challenge for those of us with mobility issues! Best food was at the Longhorn Casino! Our Host(s) were fabulous. Supplied us with cleaning equipment, to keep the unit clean. Will be coming back! K & J from St.Albert, AB, Cnd.

Rough Start

Check-in was completely botched. Room was okay except the shower curtain wouldn't stay up. I tried to put it back up several times but ultimately gave up and left it on the bathroom floor. Also the batteries in one remote died.

Not really into Vegas but have to go anyway? Then this luxury moon is for you!

This unit in Luna di Lusso ("luxury moon") outside of Vegas has hiking+biking trails and water and birds all around. The Owl Canyon hike is just a 10+ minute drive away. It's quiet. It's kinda fun to walk over the "Ponte Vecchio" bridge into the village. The unit is very well appointed. Mariana never took more than a few minutes to respond to messages. If we have to return to Vegas it will very likely be here. I took off a star only because the small kitchen and fridge made remote work slightly less "baller" than it could have been, but people who mostly eat out can add that star back. We had a great time, it was very comfortable, and a very good value.

A property with a nice view

The property is very clean. Nice size king bed. The sofa bed is very comfortable, it has a thick mattress. Lots of closet space. The bathroom is very spacious and has a big tub. Water pressure is excellent. Lots of towels and toilet paper. The kitchen is on a small size which is fine with us since we don't cook. Plenty of nice clean plates and bowls. The property has a balcony with a view of the lake which is a plus. However groceries or restaurants are about 15-20 minutes away from the property. The internet is also very slow. We can't seem to be able to operate the tv. Overall it is a nice property. Communication with the owner is very quick.

Aahhhhh

Not wanting to stay in Las Vegas we opted to stay at this oasis. Thirty minutes to the strip made it close enough to enjoy it, but escape all the noise and crowds. The property is beautiful and clean, with views just like pictured. The host we dealt with was Mariana and she always responded to any questions, which were few as she had clearly communicated everything that needed to be done prior to our arrival and departure. The condo had all the basics and worked well for us. It is within walking distance to the golf course and the village. The only downside that I could see was there wasn’t much for children to do in the area. The complex has a pool but no playground. We’re not of family age so that didn’t matter. Fur babies had to stay home, understandable since not all like pets or may have allergies, besides that rule actually helped us to rest and relax away from our high energy/maintenance pup. We will be back and hopefully be able to stay in one of Mariana’s properties again. This was a good choice and you won’t be disappointed.
