Stay in this newly renovated Lake Muskoka dream, with dock, paddle boat, sand bottom beach and all of Lake Muskoka. Parking, 1 gig Wi-Fi, 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, laundry. Woodstove, and 3 fireplace . Open concept with large living area. Propane gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, barbeque, outdoor teak dining table, fire pit, Muskoka chairs. Three bedrooms with 6 beds plus 1 pull out couch. New mattresses (2021), couches, and appliances.

This property boasts natural and refined Muskoka. It is everything one dreams of with regards to Muskoka, and the pristine waters, and abundance of fresh air and opportunities for unwinding. Additionally, it is close enough to access anything if one needs, something or wishes a change.

What makes this property unique

This property is close to the RAMA casino, Burles Creek, the KEE to Bala, Peters Players, Gravenhurst Opera House, all shower patrons with excellent entertainment. The area hosts unique and unforgettable waterfalls in Bala and Bracebridge, golf courses, spas, a farmers market at the warf in Gravenhurst, 5 craft breweries within minutes, cranberry fields that offer skating in the winter by torch light, and cranberry field growth and harvest exploration year round, as well as a cranberry vineyard with an opportunity for sampling and purchasing the finest cranberry wine etc. IF you wish to go to the Drive in movie, there is the Muskoka Drive in outside of Gravenhurst.

Gull Lake, Gravenhurst, offers movies under the stars for free for the family generally on a Thursday evening. Just bring your lawn chair. Sunday evenings, Gull Lake hosts an outdoor concert, generally weather permitting. Tuesday or Thursday evenings, weather permitting there is a waterski show on the warf in Gravenhurst, outside of Boston Pizza.

Bala and Port Carling also host concerts and water ski shows, as well as farm fresh markets and plenty of swimming / picnic opportunities.

Museum's in Gravenhurst include the Tree museum, the Muskoka Discovery Center, Bethune House Museum, the Rails Museum. Bala hosts he Bala Museum with Memories of Lucy Maud Montgomery the author of the Anne of Green Gable series. The Muskoka Steamships cruises, plus other boat tours, let you tour the area by water.

Parks in the area, numerous with the Hardy Lake Provincial Park, and the Torrence Barrens Night Sky Preserve, numerous hiking trails, and local Lake side parks with most amenities available for a rural and refined Muskoka.

In the winter, downhill skiing abounds within an hour from the cottage, cross country skiing is at the doorstep or on groomed trails, torch lite ice skating on the Cranberry fields / outdoor fires, dog sleding.
