About this property

1/2 mile to beach, Newly Renovated 3BR Cape house

Welcome to our brand new, gut-renovated, Cape house. The 3 bedrooms have 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. There is central air and one full bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower. HD TV, all new appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, brand new deck, BBQ Grill and fire pit. All linens are provided.

It's just a half mile walk to Haigis Beach, and 3/4 mile to Glendon Beach. Close to restaurants, shops, cafes, ice cream and the grocery store.

To note- this is a Saturday to Saturday between Memorial Day and Columbus Day. Low season is a 2 night minimum stay. All rentals include a $120 cleaning fee.

Perfect home for our family.

We previously rented a cottage in the area for the past several years and we outgrew it a bit. The appeal of this home was outdoor area with deck, fire pit, and outdoor shower. We used all those features routinely this past week! This is a great space in a terrific location. We (adult + two elementary-aged kids) walked to and from the beach (once). Plenty of amenities including a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and beach/fire supplies. Thanks so much for a great annual Cape trip. We look forward to booking again for next summer.

Very Accommodating

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely loved to rent this property again. The one thing I would of liked was that the windows had shades or darker curtains.

Perfect for families

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and you can tell it was recently updated. It was close to the beach. We were able to walk there with two young kids. The house is close to the market and easy access to highway 6. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for families.

The house was clean and bright. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Visiting in April, we appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was. We also loved the location--short walk to Nantucket Sound, quick drive to Dennisport shops and restaurants, and easy to get to bay beaches for long walks.

Beautiful home - wonderful get-away!

This house is lovely! Very clean; loved the open layout. It was nice to be able to work on a puzzle in the kitchen and still be connected to the living room. Great location with easy access to the beach (even in October we had to dip our toes in the ocean :) ). We had a great stay and hope to visit again!

Wonderful stay! Really close to two beaches. House was updated and the shed was full of beach stuff for us and our kids. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer and we really enjoyed the outdoor shower. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Owners were very responsive and helpful even dropping off a pack and play for us to borrow with no extra charge. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place!!

I can't say enough about our stay here. The house is beautiful. The owners did a great job renovating this home. Every room is bright and cheerful. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for my family. I also loved the fact that there is a washer/dryer. My daughters loved the outdoor shower (I preferred the indoor one😊). We truly felt like we were "home" during our stay here. My husband already wants to book it for next year.
