Welcome to the Lookout!
Enjoy a first class vacation in this beautiful, fully-appointed 1 Bedroom Condo (with a Murphy bed included!) located near the heart of Ogunquit Village. This handicap-accessible property is a short walk to all village attractions, Marginal Way, shops, beaches, restaurants. The two decks (one in living room, one in bedroom) have distant views of the Atlantic Ocean. Deck is furnished with patio table/chairs/umbrella.
This comfortable and luxurious condo is located on the second floor of The Lookout Condominium, which has elevator access. You will be amazed at the quality of this condo, and all the attention to detail that was involved in the renovation process. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and brand new appliances, which include a dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, and full refrigerator. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with all your cooking necessities!
This condo in The Lookout is equipped with Wireless internet, a smart TV, and a pull-out, queen sized tempurpedic Murphy bed located under the wall-mounted TV.
This condo has a full bathroom located in the living room and a 3/4 bathroom located in the bedroom. If you want an incredible property to make your vacation memorable, look no further!
Each guests is given an additional key for their stay which allows them access to the grill, tennis courts, pool, and playground. Guests also have access to a washer/dryer facility located on premise. There is also an reservation bar and common area, which can rented for an additional fee.
