Needs some love and improvement
The listing of the property is deceiving. It is advertised as a perfect destination for Baja adventures for off-road enthusiasts or teams participating in the Sanfelipe races offering space for side by sides, motorcycles or other off-road vehicles. Sleeps 10 people with roof top views of the sea of Cortez. 1.) The garage is locked and apparently off limits. You would think the garage should be accessible to secure the off-road vehicles, motos, etc. To the owners credit the advertisement did state the garage was not available. 500 a day it should have been. 2) After we arrived, we found that the roof top patio was off limits because the roof was damaged and leaking. the tile was bubbled up and could not be walked on. The stairs were blocked with buckets filled with dirt.3) The house sleeps 8 with the available beds. 4) The house was not set up for 10 people to stay there at one time. There were only 2 towels for each bedroom., total of 8. We rented the house for 6 days for seven people. Most people do not like to use 1 towel for 6 days. There were no hand towels, no washcloths, no kitchen towels, only two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom., no sponge or cleaning pad to do dishes, no dish soap. There were minimal kitchen items for 4 people only. 3 coffee cups & 3 glasses. No toaster. 5.) All the Toilet valves leaked, we ran out of water. poor water pressure on the far side of the house. Can not give full description of the other issues due to limited characters!
