The property was approximately a 20-minute drive from the city, rather than the advertised 7-minute walk to the beach and 5-minute walk to various businesses. Also, the online photographs portrayed the property in significantly better condition than what we encountered upon arrival. Several advertised amenities were either unavailable or unusable, including the absence of lounge chairs by the pool and a game area that was old and in poor condition. There was visible damage throughout the home, multiple door handles were not functioning properly, the stove was inoperable due to a broken part and the outdoor grill had no propane. I had to repeatedly contact the on-site host, to address these issues.
