MAIN LIVING The main, second-floor living is the crowning jewel of this open-concept floor plan, with punches of color that play off the crisp white color scheme that reflects the coastal surroundings. SLEEPING QUARTERS Choose from two, king bedrooms, including a second-floor luxurious primary suite with a bathroom that has double sinks and shower, along with its own deck with sitting area. Two other king bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a private bath and another that shares a bathroom with a bunk room has four, built-in bunk beds and a desk that the kids will be sure to enjoy!
The third-floor, twin bedroom area is an ideal area for the kids to gather after a long day at the beach, with a game table that, amazing view, and a private bath.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Southern Charm is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Southern Charm the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
