Upon my initial arrival, I was unable to get in contact with the host to clarify my entry point, and I had to contact the company just to check in. The check-in host was nonresponsive throughout, which made the entire arrival process frustrating and stressful.Once inside the property and conducting my initial inspection, I immediately noticed several issues that raised serious concerns. There was a dead cockroach in one of the bathtubs that appeared to have been sprayed with chemicals and left there. In the bathroom, there were also cockroaches present, and the toilet contained fecal residue, which was completely unsanitary and unacceptable. The silverware and some appliances were not properly cleaned.One showerhead was broken, leaving only one functioning shower for four guests. In the main bathroom, the bathtub surface was peeling and appeared to have a temporary coating that was deteriorating.
