Whether you are here to work, travel, or play; this is the place to stay.
Located next to a local restaurant; on the weekend there is occasionally live music, usually ended by 10-11 p.m.

This is home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. James is such a pleasure to communicate with. There are restaurants, shopping and grocery stores very close by. We wouldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Cooperstown.

Great for Dreams Park

The house was clean and convenient for going back and forth to Dreams Park and Cooperstown. It is right next door to a restaurant/bar so easy to grab a some food or a drink after a long day of watching baseball.

House was extremely clean. The location was great, it has a bar/restaurant next door and a dollar general store and gas station and winery close by. It is located on the main road and only a couple miles from town. I would recommend staying here.

Husband and I loved staying here. Close to so many activities, food, shopping and in our case relatives and friends. James is truly such a pleasure to communicate with. Such a great host. The house is clean and has all the comforts of home. When my husband and I come to the area and we are there quite often, we wouldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. This is home away from home.
