St Barts has it all. Luxury beds, linens, pillows, TV's. Literally right across the street from the beach and ONLY ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS!!! No more Cardio!!!

Countless improvements and upgrades make this residence awesome. Did I say it's right across the street from the beach?!? No more long walks lugging beach chairs.

Very open, lots of maneuvering room for large groups. Furniture has been upgraded, kitchen, linens, everything!!! Pool is very close. Beach is even closer!!! Washer dryer on second floor. First floor has the Kitchen, Living room, patio and king size BR and full bath. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms.

We have 2 dedicated parking spots and additional parking .. well right next to our dedicated spots.

Literally right on Scenic. Large community pool with restrooms and plenty of parking. 2 cars spots assigned per stay. Additional passes available on request.

Everything is very close. Especially the beach!!! Grocery is a very short drive, like 5 minutes. Outlet mall (Nike, Puma, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Tory Birch, lotsa stuff) is about another 1 or 2 minutes further. The beach is right here across the street. No long walks. Not even worth a golf cart ride it's so close.

Did I mention that we're RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH???

Great family time close to the beach. House needed maintenance ( holes in wall, mold on vents, TV didnt work in master). Overall a great family time.

Family Beach Getaway

We had a great time on our short getaway. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. The property was exceptionally clean and had all the necessary supplies for our two day stay. The pool was spacious and clean. And if the listing wasn’t convincing enough, the beach was right across the street!!! There was plenty of dining, shopping, and a Winn-Dixie within a minutes drive. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

It was an awesome and beautiful home. James was very attentive. It is steps to get to the beach but it is right across the street. The community pool could of been cleaner but it was a nice size. I feel more paper products could of been given (toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.) We were absolutely in love with the home though. Very clean. The best water pressure for showers is the room with bunk beds. You have to strip the beds and bring all dirty towels downstairs and load and start dishwasher upon leaving.
