Such a great stay and a splendid home! Super clean home with marvelous amenities and close to everything Midtown Sacramento offers! Easy check in and check out procedures and great communication with the owners. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to make a return visit at a later date.
Very clean! FYI the ceilings are low! Nice being in walking distance from the restaurants. Be careful at night when leaving/arriving as there are many unhoused individuals. Parking in driveway is convenient, no fighting for spots!
Very cute studio apartment in a good part of town. Would stay again

Location location LOCATION!This sweet little converted historical space was in the perfect quiet neighborhood in Midtown, near so many restaurants and Downtown Capitol park. Everything you could need for a weekend away. Nice giant screen tv and great shower. They did a good job on the interior remodel, everything is new and clean inside. The ceilings are a bit low, so not recommended for folks over 6 feet. Also, it's a first floor space under a second floor space. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay!
This place was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and the parking was a lifesaver! It was great to walk to the restaurants and bars. The owner, Lana, was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us and make our stay perfect!

Really loved the property. Ceilings are lower in some areas, which may be an issue for those closer to 6 feet, but my husband and I are shorter than that and we were comfortable. Walking distance from grocery store and lots of restaurants
The location of this property was excellent. The parking space in the driveway was a life saver. The amenities were very hospitable, it made for a very comfortable stay!
Super cute space in an ideal mid town location with an off-street parking space! We’ve stayed at another property owned Lana and both were top notch, clean, well stocked and well thought out. Only thing to note at this location is it is downstairs and you can hear EVERY footstep of the guests upstairs. Earplugs are provided by the host and they where appreciated.
Great place, great room. Very cozy and comfortable but also a cool layout and super cool design. Well furnished. No hassles. 10/10 would stay here again
Spent our anniversary biking through Midtown and checking out all the local spots. This location was smack dab in the middle of it all. The studio far exceeded our expectations. The owners have maximized every inch of the space in such a smart and thoughtful way. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were heavenly. We have absolutely found our new fav rental in Sacramento.
What a gem! It’s conveniently located in the heart of midtown and walking distance to the ice blocks and lots of coffee shops and restaurants! The unit is so well kept and perfect inside! It has everything you need and perfect for 2 people. The available parking spot on the driveway is so convenient. I didn’t have any issues with noise from the upstairs unit besides a hearing footsteps every now and then but nothing out of the ordinary. It has its own private entrance. The only thing I will say is that if you’re taller than 6 feet you may have a hard time particularly in the bathroom/shower bc the ceilings are pretty low. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! If you’re considering this place, you won’t be disappointed.
Loved this exceptional studio, that had a lot of space, with beautiful decor, and was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was very impressive, as well as the kitchen with full accommodations of a big stove and refrigerator, also loved the game table for playing chess, checkers, or cards. It was truly perfect and was conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and the Capital building, with parks. We walked for hours! Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it! Lana was an excellent host, who was always available and attentive to any needs/questions.
A great location- wonderfully appointed little hideaway
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here! The location can't be beat and the entire place is very clean and well-appointed. A few things to note, in some spots the ceiling is rather low, so taller folks may want to double check! Additionally I'm a rather light sleeper and it's an older building which means you do rather clearly hear the upstairs guest walking- and when they do that at 3am and 5am for minutes on end (maybe getting in their steps for the day? And not the host's fault!) it can make for a rough night. The room has elegantly appointed drapes that do an excellent job of blocking out the light and I could easily see having a very nice time here next time. Would definitely book again!
I chose this lovely accommodation as it was near a friend I was visiting and an event we participated in. Loved that we were quite welcome as my traveling partner is my 14yo cat. The parking in the area is typical of a big city.... I live in the mountains and had completely not remembered about this challenge - especially with a "big truck". The owner was kind enough to assist with signing my truck up so that I wouldn't get towed. Very kind as I definiately did not fit in the driveway. There are plenty of food and shopping nearby... I found the Safeway a blocks walk away and even Target I walked to which was about 12 blocks away. The accomodations were very updated for a lovely 1910 home. Impressive kitchen space. Lovely floors which I'm sure are easy to clean when a fluffy kitty has been enjoying the place. The bedding was comfy, lots of charging spots and outlet nearby for my cpap. Very quiet and peaceful.
Midtown is the part of Sacramento that rewards leaving the car parked. The Ice Blocks are a few minutes' walk away, three city blocks of ground-floor retail, boutiques, coffee, restaurants, and bars built into old industrial buildings. Grocery stores, dog parks, and cafes are all within walking distance, and the Golden 1 Center, DOCO, the State Capitol, Old Sacramento, and the Railroad Museum are close by. The airport is a 20-minute drive. It is a quiet residential street at night and a lively neighborhood by day, which is the combination most people are actually looking for.
What makes this property unique
A tucked-away ground-floor studio with a queen bed, a 65-inch smart TV, and plush seating, entered with your own door code. Fully equipped kitchen and an all-in-one washer/dryer in the unit, so longer stays are genuinely comfortable rather than just possible. Off-street parking on the driveway right in front of the studio, so no street-parking hunt. Pet friendly.
