Gorgeous Beachfront 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Condo on Marco Island
Escape to this amazing 3-bedroom/3 bath condo located on the desirable south end of Collier Blvd. on Marco Island. You will find all the quality conveniences of home in this well-appointed, luxury condo with its beautiful beachside pool, Cape Marco community clubhouse, fitness facility and tennis courts. Walk the white sandy beach all the way to the other end of Tiger Tail Beach if feeling ambitious! You can enjoy many places to stop along the way at hotels and beachside restaurants for delicious food and drinks or make a day of fishing off of the pier just south of our building. A beach cart, chairs, cooler, and an umbrella are available for your use to spend the day on the beach. Close to everything Marco has to offer, this condo is sure to please even the most discriminating renter. 90 day minimums need only apply. Condo Assoc. requires a 30 day notice and approval process. Any questions, please feel free to ask. TV in living room will be upgraded by the time you rent. Thank you-
