Our second stay here. It’s so comfortable and well supplied. We always have just what we need. Good place for day trips to the multiple state parks nearby. Also love that it’s pet friendly.

The owners put so much thought and care in their property. It was extremely clean and the owners wemt out of their ways to accommodate for our dog by filling water in the dog bowl and setting out yummy dog treats. We would definitely stay again...Thanks again for the wonderful place to stay!

Cozy cabin

North Shore Getaway

This property was delightful. A great place in the woods. We had our dogs along and they loved it. Katie was a wonderful host and was very prompt at responding to questions. The cabin had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here to get the North Shore experience!

Privacy in the woods

This is a wonderful place. A small studio apartment that is so clean an welcoming. For a short 5 hour drive, it really is like camping out in the wilderness. And the dogs love the big field to the west. We will plan next year's trip soon!

Great time up North

Cabin was just as listed with tons of woods to explore. Everything was great but bring whatever gets rid of flies. They would not stop harassing my dog the second we went outside. Great location in the woods, very quiet and only 9 minutes from grand marais. Would definitely stay there again

Playing in the Snow and Gazing at the Stars

We had a great experience. Our goals were to run out dogs in the and watch the stars at night. The place had some nice trails that we were able to run around on. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. We would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect! The trails running through the property were beautiful and well cared for. The home is quaint, cute, and clean with a covered parking option. They had water in bowls waiting for our pups when we got there. Super easy drive to downtown Grand Marais and to Lutsen. 10/10!

Really enjoyed your quiet oasis. Quick trip into town & easy to get to other locations along the lake. Didn’t think a heated toilet seat would be so enjoyable. The toilet bowl night light was also a hit. Didn’t try the bidet features. We would stay here again. Cozy, clean, quiet & had everything we needed.
