Very nice place away from "the strip". Good for a couple, and a short walk to downtown. Had all the basics and a cozy feel inside. In a private courtyard of 3 other cabins.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay, Mark! Hope you come back to see us again!
This cottage is so close to town but feels like it's up in the mountains. You can walk to town within 10 minutes and be where all the activities are. There are 4 cottages on the property that share courtyard. The courtyard is also shared with bears, so keep that in mind when you go out! Storybook Romance was a perfect size for the two of us, plus our 2 dogs. It was clean and comfortable! The bed is super comfy too. It has everything you need, plus a hot tub!! Thank you for a great stay!

This was the perfect place to stay. My husband & I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary & wanted to go to Gatlinburg, but stay somewhere that we could relax at home. This cabin was not only beautiful, but so so clean. It had that cabin smell & we were able to use the fire place each day. The hot tub was wonderful after long cold days on the strip! About 10 minutes walking to the strip, good exercise for us. We had one issue while there & reached out to the staff. They responded in minutes & fixed the issue that day. We were overall so impressed with this location & property. Definitely recommend!!

Disliked: Location
Disappointing
The major disappointments were the beds. The mattress on the queen bed could use an upgrade, it was very uncomfortable and obviously very old. The sleeper sofa mattress was a joke, very thin and you could feel the springs.

I am so sorry to hear the mattresses we uncomfortable Stephen. We take feedback like this very seriously and I will be creating a work order to have the mattresses checked out and tested. Please know we are very grateful for your business and you are welcome back to Auntie Belham's Cabin Rentals anytime!
Everything was as described. Walking distance to mountain coasters. Mini golf. Shopping, restaurants and Anakeesta. Which saves on gas and no parking fees! The only tiny issue was that no one dusted inside so my 6yr old sneezed a lot the 1st three days. But other than that we enjoyed or stay. My kids loved catching the lizards that visited on the deck frequently.
Overall the house was ok it was in a good walking location to town and it was very clean and that’s about where it ends . The house is very small . The toilet handle was not working correctly keep getting stuck and the water was running . The front door lock was very difficult to lock the whole spindle would turn very limited parking was called and told I had to move one of my cars although there was nothing on the listing saying we can only have one car . The price pre night was good but then they hit you with extraordinary fees that make the price jump an extra 220 dollars . Then they expect you to load and start the dishwasher and remove the sheets and collect all the garbage before you leave . So why am I paying a cleaning fee? Unless you have no other choice find another place .
This year we decided a family vacation was in order and the puppy should join us. We did not want to be stuck on top a mountain or be surrounded by tourist traps. This cabin met ALL of our family needs. It was clean, comfortable, convenient, and cozy. ❤️ the fireplace, hot tub and washer/dryer features & ❤️ the nearby creek and bear sightings. We had a cable issue that was resolved quickly. FYI - there is no WiFi and limited kitchen supplies. Will rebook again!
We checked in virtually. A pleasantly simple process. The cabin exceeded our expectations and it is perfectly situated for walking into town. That home was spotless and we felt at home away from home. The bears traveling through the yard was a wonderful bonus. Our dogs were very happy here and its great for pets as the property is located away from any noise. We shall return!!!
My husband and I have stayed in several vacation homes over the years. This cabin was ok, but I would not choose it again. I feel the price was to high for this cabin. Cabin was clean and cozy but very dated. It does have a slight odor, I’m not sure if it was the fireplace, stale cigarette smoke or because the home is in the woods. The kitchen was not stocked to prepare meals in the home. It has a minimum supply of basic dishes but no prep dishes.
This cabin is in Gatlinburg so we were able to walk downtown for shopping and eating. The cabin is at the end of a dead end street, surrounded by trees so it gave lots of privacy and the feeling of being “in the mountains”. The hot tub was super nice after hiking all day.
Check-in and Check-out process was extremely easy and convenient. The company was very responsive to all communication from me. I appreciated the texting feature with the staff.
The place was in a great location, very close to a lot of the main attractions.
Overall, it was a little small. It was decently clean but things like the baseboards, blinds, and window sills were a little dusty.
The bed was a little uncomfortable.
The property management experience was awesome. The property needed some updating and care. The bed was old and saggy. The place smelled. The stone walkway needs repair- it is loose and dangerous. We ended up leaving a day early just because of the cabin. We will definitely use property management company again , next time rent a different property.
Property was as said -a one bedroom cottage close to Gatlinburg . However - first impression was not good ! Stairs to front moldy and slippery Carpet was filthy and bed linens old
Maids do a good job with what they had to work with
