Welcome to our private tropical oasis! This newly updated 1,478 sq. ft. end-unit offers the perfect retreat. Surrounded by lush tropical plants, you’ll enjoy privacy and tranquility, with no neighbors above or below you. The home features massive wood beams and large windows that flood the space with natural light. With 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates families or groups. Loft can function as a dedicated workspace, play area, or an extra sleeping space. Perfect for groups attending weddings at the nearby Westin Ocean Resort or Makai Golf Course. After a day at the beach or golfing, unwind in the largest heated pool in Princeville or on the new XL egg chair for 2 on your private deck. Fire up the grill by the pool or play games in the clubhouse. There is a small shared yard on one side of the property where kids can play. Conveniently located, you’re just a short walk to the Westin Ocean Resort, Wyllie's and Anini Beach trail, and Makai golf course, while shopping centers, a local farmer’s market, and parks are only a 3-minute drive away. Hanalei Bay and other North Shore attractions are within 10-15 minutes by car. Enjoy the luxury of living in a resort community with all the comforts of home for a fraction of the price. Experience nature up close without venturing far, and take advantage of three bedrooms for the price of a single hotel room in the area. Your tropical getaway awaits!

-No smoking except in the designated area, at the end of the parking lot by the green fence and planter boxes.
-Use the Pool & Pavilion during open hours only, between 9am & 9pm daily. Please read and observe the posted Pool and Pavilion rules, for changes and updates.
-For health and safety reasons, do not feed feral chickens and cats.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all air conditioners are turned off before you leave.
Per HOA regulations, any cardboard you bring must be taken to the transfer station on Kuhio Hwy. You could stop by on your way to Lihue. Please check for operating hours.
We'd appreciate it if you could place used towels in a pile. No need to strip the beds or wash the towels. Of course, this is totally optional, but it always makes a big difference. Mahalo!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. No LAUNDRY or machine use after 10 PM - NO PARTIES. Manager is onsite. - Parking for 1 car max w/ pass
-Trash is located at the entrance of the parking lot. No trash in Green Waste. Take CARDBOARD toTransfer station on Kuhio Hwy. Disposal is Free.
-Insects and wildlife are a part of island life. Keep screen doors closed and store food in sealed containers or the fridge. - No parties allowed.

Family graduation trip

Mabel is a wonderful host and quick to respond! After our communications I felt like I’d made a friend. This serene tropical oasis home is in a great location. It was quiet, easy to get to, clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed down to the last detail for the kitchen and the beach. It had games, travel books and Hawaii news (where we kept track of the 25-35’ waves). We would definitely stay here again when in Princeville!!Mahalo!

The best home, host, and location!

We absolutely loved our stay! Mabel went above and beyond to provide the ultimate experience. Her home was not only beautifully designed and spacious but also incredibly cozy, with an amazing, well-equipped kitchen, outdoor lānai for breakfasts, and office loft to work. She also provided everything we needed for beach days — beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and more! We loved the large pool and communal space to BBQ, play shuffleboard and ping pong. There’s also a short hike to a semi-private beach, which is super cool, and the location is so close and convenient to other beaches and breathtaking hikes. Mabel’s attention to detail and attentiveness made our trip effortless. Mabel’s local recommendations for hikes and dining were spot-on, and her communication was fantastic throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more perfect place to stay. Highly recommend this property for an unforgettable getaway... We can't wait for our next visit!
