Get ready to relax in this marvelous 1-bedroom house in Bimini. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. The living room offers an additional space with a cozy sofa bed for extra guests. We think our place will help you experience everything Bimini has to offer.

This prime location offers ultimate convenience, just steps away from the community pool, a scenic restaurant and bar with Bimini ocean views, and our private beach. Plus, the prestigious Hilton hotel is nearby, accessible via convenient staircases, presenting a world of entertainment with its casino and top-notch restaurants.

Golf Cart is included in price for reservations made on January 1, 2025 - August 8, 2025. Golf Cart is no longer included with listing

First floor is where the kitchen, living room, and full bathroom are located. In a closet, there is a washer and dryer. The sofa in the living room has a pullout bed that can fit two people comfortably.
Second floor is where the main bedroom is located, as well as, the second full bathroom.

What are the ways to arrive to Bimini Bay?

- ARRIVING BY SEAPLANE: You arrive in Fisherman’s Village next to Fisherman’s Village Marina.

- ARRIVING BY BALAERIA FERRY or CRUISE SHIP: Once you depart the ship you will be transported by tram off of the dock. Fisherman’s Village is directly across from the exit of the ship dock.

- ARRIVING AT AIRPORT SOUTH BIMINI: You will need cash to take a taxi van from the airport on South Bimini to the ferry crossing dock, take the ferry (about $8 pp) across the channel to North Bimini. At the ferry dock you will need to take a taxi to the house.

Property is very spacious and clean. Great location and amenities. Great location!! Ower was extremely fast with reaponses. We had a blast in Bimini staying at the treehouse!

This condo was in a great location, was in great shape and had everything you could need. The host was incredibly responsive and very flexible when it came to check-in and check-out. But note that while it has TVs and internet, live TV channels are not included and no fault of the host, some streaming services such as Netflix and DirectTV do not work outside the US. I am looking forward to using this place the next time I come to Bimini.

Our neighborhood is very central, very close to the best marinas, restaurants, and beach clubs. It is also safe and has a pool/beach just walking distance!

What makes this property unique

What makes our property unique is that it is a freestanding building so you don’t have to worry about noisy upstairs or downstairs neighbors. We are also waking distance to the Hilton hotel.
