With a school and playground across the street, this neighborhood is very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Whether you're spending your time fishing, hiking, skiing, or just walking around town, you'll have a quiet, lovely place to lay your head, and a hot tub to ease your body and a firepit and lounge area to relax in!

The space
This property has a two beds and one bath. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. There's a pullout couch in the living room that is a queen, an electric (faux) fireplace with heater, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The Llundry room has a washer and dryer. Central heat and AC will keep you very comfortable year round. The hot tub in the backyard is well cleaned, maintained, and heated (ready to jump in) year round! Towels for the tub are in the laundry room. There is a newly added outdoor fire pit and lounge area in the backyard with a convenient stand for purchasing wood, run by our friend's 8 year old son.

A pack and play, walker, and high chair are available on site and a well stocked toy box is located in the hallway by the laundry room.

Guest access
Feel free to enjoy any of the amenities in the home! The garage and red shed in the backyard will only be accessed by the owner.

Other things to note
We take great pride in maintaining our rental and receiving positive reviews. We keep our rental as close as possible to the pictures on the listing page but occasionally items need to be replaced due to standard wear and tear. Please note the green couch pictured has been replaced with the blue one also pictured. Both offer a queen size pull out couch.
