Maui Parkshore #215 is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo with magnificent ocean views. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, washer / dryer, and a tasteful décor. From the unit you will enjoy a panoramic ocean view, free wifi, and cable TV. There are window air conditioning units in both bedrooms; no a/c in the living room. With a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom, Maui Parkshore #215 can comfortably sleep up to four guests. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Kamaole III Beach Park is tropical paradise. The white sand, crystal clear water, grass park, and snorkeling make this beach experience unique and exciting. The complex is centrally located and within walking distance to nearby shopping, restaurants, and other premier beaches. If you prefer a day in, cool off in the lounge and heated pool area. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. Maui Parkshore is a 100% non-smoking property.

Perfect location for 2 couples

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was better than advertised. Rental company easy to work with and responsive. Second floor location has gorgeous views of Kamaole 3. The glass wall to the lanai makes you feel like you are outdoors. Experienced an INCREDIBLE rainstorm that ended up flooding roads for a day, but we just hunkered down and enjoyed a quiet day inside. Grateful for the nice pool area on the day after the storm when beach was closed for high surf. Most days were sunny and warm. with light breeze. On-site manager was wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. This was our 4th trip to Kihei and 1st time staying by Kam 3. Kihei is a welcoming place and store owners were thankful for the business. We will definitely be back! Suggestions for improvements: replace lanai chair cushions. They are too small for the metal chairs and worn out. The living room light/fan remote stopped working our last night (even with new batteries) so the fan ran continuously.

Very close to the beach, just had to walk across the street. Quiet and well maintained.

Great location across the street from the ocean. The unit itself was outdated compared to other units in the complex. Towel bars are falling apart, dresser drawers are unhinged, and beds are really small and uncomfortable.
