Nice home with comfortable memory foam beds and two living rooms to enjoy as well as a very nice patio. The oven did run cool (we needed to crank it to 525 degrees instead of 400 to get our pies to bake!) but it did the job once we figured that out. Also, be mindful of the step down out of the half bath by the laundry, rather unexpected. Great location for a visit to Yellow Springs, and near a grocery store and some fast food options. Enjoyable stay overall, a good value for the size and quality of the home.

The property was a nice place to stay in the area. The kitchen could have been more well stocked. Although the home will sleep 12, there were only plates and cups for about six people which was a challenge. We also found various items under couch cushions and under furniture, including a lighter under the couch cushions in the family room. We were just thankful that an adult found it and not a child!

The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything...the house does need some TLC..the cooktop was sticky and not clean, we ran out of tolite paper, there were only four forks in the kitchen..screen door for the slider was in the weeds by the deck, the rug in the living room needs to be replaced...its lumpy and curled up at the ends...with a few little changes it would be an excellent house

Great floor plan and wonderful rear yard deck area. Family room with large tv away from bedrooms with 1/2 bath nearby. Shopping and dining very close. Will use this location again!!!

Hard to know what to rate the property because the location was PERFECT for us, and the layout of the house was PERFECT too. Just a bunch of smaller things that were not great…most are “first world problems “ but were something for the price paid that seemed very fixable. The house just needs a bit of TLC.Positives:Omar responded quickly AC works wellLayout great for larger groupsLocationShowers and water pressure greatOn-site washer-dryer great to have Negatives:Refrigerator doesn’t work properly, freezer does - Omar responded it just needed time but it never got cold in 3 days. We ended up using our cooler…2 “queen beds” listed as being in living room are air mattresses in closetKitchen light burned out - I fixed itSmell of smoker when arrivedGenerally sloppy finishes, loose knobs, paint on floors, loose fittings on shower valveKitchen not well supplied. 2 teaspoons, one small baking tray, most cabinets empty, “cutting board” is a treated 2x10 which is not food safe at allBath fan in upstairs bath doesn’t workSeveral fans and things exposed/uncoveredLoose outlet in kitchen, light switch in kitchen that doesn’t work Again, we enjoyed the stay, the location and layout were PERFECT, and most of these things are annoyances.
