Great location in the center of Silicon Valley tech. companies, Levis Stadium, Santa Clara golf and tennis center and Santa Clara convention center. This location is walking distance to hiking, biking trail, and Safeway. It is also walking distance from Cisco, Samsung, Oracle, Hynix, Intel (Altera), Santa Clara convention center and many others. We have recently upgraded the house with brand new carpet on the 2nd floor and stairs!

This house is located in an one of a kind master planned community in the center of Silicon Valley. Library, light rails, restaurants, and grocery(Safeway) are al within walking distance from this location.

Great location (Safeway/restaurants) playground, walking trails and community pool all within walking distance of this townhome. It was the perfect home base for our family of 6 to attend our daughter's Santa Clara graduation. We loved the open "hang out" spaces and being able to relax in between events. Walter was responsive and so flexible on our timing, which was above and beyond! We would certainly recommend this home.
