Great house close to the village and the beach

Great location for walking to the village and north end of the beach. Very clean and incredibly well stocked with beach equipment, bikes and towels!

Perfect Location

We very much enjoyed the stay in Siesta Village. Location is fabulous, the home was well equipped, and Cottages on the Key was very responsive and forthcoming with information. Could not have been a better stay.

Loved the location and out door patio and pool

The house was clean. Beds were comfy. We loved the location and we used the bikes a lot. Wish there would have been more closet space.

Perfect location

The house was clean, had everything we needed for a heach vacation and the perfect location. We loved to ride the bikes tonthe beach and used the provided equipment like chairs and coolers. It was so nice to not have to worry about that stuff. Pool was great too. Company was so great to work with.

Great location near the beach in paradise!

We were a group of 9 cousins and had a wonderful time in this accommodating house with a beautiful backyard/pool and proximity to the beach. The house is outfitted with everything you could need for indoor and outdoor fun, and the staff was extremely attentive and responsive! Thank you so much!

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful time at Villa De Paradisio. The house was was located close to everything we wanted to do. We appreciated having bikes to ride to the beach and all the beach equipment worked well for us! Our hosts brought a key lime pie on Thanksgiving and a bottle of wine the day before we left. Thank you for a great week!

Great place

We loved it. Nice spot just about 2 blocks from the shops and bars. Pool that was perfect with great cover patio area for those who don’t want the sun. Fishing in the canal was fun. House had everything we needed. Another bathroom would be ideal!

A Great Location on Siesta Key

Two families (10 guests ranging in age from 13-52) shared this home and we enjoyed all the amenities including the outside seating, board games, pool, kayaks, bikes and the great location close to the SK Village and beach on a quiet cul de sac. Several of us appreciated the shady areas near the pool (the sun gets hot!). We had other family staying on the beach so we never took chairs, coolers to the beach, but it’s about a 10 minute walk and we saw many people doing it. Definitely go to the beach at least once for sunset and the veterans service at Patriots Pier. Was great to walk to the Village throughout the day and not have to hunt for a parking spot!

Nice location but needs some updating

This house sits on a canal with an easy, close walk to town, which was nice. Lovely back, partially covered deck with pool was perfect for our family, as well as ping pong table in garage. However, it is in need of some love. The bedding, furniture, dryer and the fact that this 4 bedroom house only has 2 small bathrooms was not ideal. Also the bunkbed room was much smaller than shown in pictures online. However for the cost over Christmas break it worked well for our family of 9 with grown children.

Avenida De Paridisio Get Away!!

We were very impressed with the communications of the property managers with cottage rentals on siesta key!!! They we above and beyond. We had to have the water filter changed and the toaster had one side that had no handle and the next morning there was a brand new toaster at the front door and a repair man to replace the filter in fridge for ice and water. The walk to the beach was only about a 10 minute walk and the supplies in the garage were over the top!! Chairs, wagons, carts, coolers, sand toys, bicycles, ping pong, pickle ball rackets. If you really are good at pickle ball I would recommend bringing your own rackets it was so nice to have the pool to ourselves and the lounge chairs backing onto the canal with a clear view of the pool!! Pool was set at 85 degrees, but with the pool company coming often throughout our stay to fill up the pool water it wasn’t always 85 and we would have liked it warmer because it was chilly outside at night and it needed to be warmer for January! Awesome pool and we enjoyed it very much! Great to have the garbage taking down to the curb and brought back up as well!! Bunk room was super fun for our grandkids but very hot so we had to keep a fan running and once they were sleeping we opened the door so they could get the air flow. If you would like to have windows open during your stay I would ask about that as we were not able to open the ones by our bed in the master or the one in the master bath. I am sure there is a way to do it but we could not figure it out. The TV’s in every room was another great feature for our group.!!! Sliding glass door to the pool from the open kitchen family room, dining room, master bedroom and one other bedroom. Thank you for a great stay and I sure hope we can come back sooner than later!!!
