Located ocean block in Dewey Beach approximately 1/2 block to the beach. Enjoy the two balconies on the home that offer an ocean view. The floor plan of this home includes one bedroom and bath on the first floor and an open living, kitchen and dining area. The second floor includes a primary bedroom with a full bath and two separate bedrooms that share a hall bath. As an added bonus the owner provides linens for this rental unit. This unit also has access to the hotel pool located on Read St. The perfect vacation rental!
*Pet friendly with a $300 non refundable pet fee per pet- Dogs Only, Breed Restrictions.
*Please note that a full flight of steps is required to get to the first level of living.

Spacious

We always enjoy going back to 9b Rodney. They have done amazing updates over the past few years. So grateful that linen & bedding is included. Just steps from the beach. Owners are very thoughtful & accommodating. Having a pool to enjoy also is very useful when smaller children want a swim.
