It’s a well-established San Antonio neighborhood that is not a luxury district. It’s got that long-lived urban feel, tree-lined streets, some homes well-kept, others showing their age, kids playing, people walking, honest and lived-in, not upscale. It is a quiet neighborhood , neighbors are very polite , you might think otherwise because of how the neighborhood looks , never had issues the house is fully gated and you will get agate remote to enter the driveway it will be located in a lockbox attached to a mailbox .

Everything was clean. Hosts were great and communicated quickly. Check in and out easy.Great location for Morgan’s Wonderland, The Riverwalk and Seaworld. The price was within our budget and the house is cozy.Pool is smaller than it looked in the pictures but a great size with the 3 grandkids and the 4 adults. Neighbor may not look great, it is older but was quiet.No complaints at all!!!! Hopefully we’ll be back and there will be the ability to book again. Grandkids ask for something different every summer so not sure when yet…..

Had a problem with driveway gate while entering. A cat ran through tripping the gate so it banged into side of vehicle causing paint chip. Pool was murkey up until day we were leaving. Beds were firmer than we like. It was all in all a nice place to stay.

Very good post from host as to what to do when. Neighborhood wasn’t quite where we expected and pool was a lot smaller than pic let us believe. Maybe 4 adults or 4-5children at a time. Still very good for price.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures were very accurate. The pool looks bigger than it photographs, I took several to share, and it looks huge in all of mine, too. Regardless, we loved playing in the pool and all the pool equipment and backyard toys were a hugely appreciated addition to our stay. The kitchen was outfitted nicely and easy to cook in. The beds and rooms were nice, and the showers were really good. We enjoyed the indoor games, too. We were centrally located, so it was less than an hour to our various destinations, like Natural Bridge Caverns, the zoo, Seguin, and Six Flags. You should know that the neighborhood looks sketchy-big fences, locks and bars on everything, etc., but we didn't have any issues with any neighbors and the neighborhood was generally very quiet.

The house was clean and the air conditioner and pool pump were turned on prior to our arrival. I liked the fact that the property was gated as well as the pool area. The property is not far from downtown San Antonio. Lastly, my advice would be that the property could use a little maintenance and the listing pictures updated for accuracy.
