EXCLUSIVELY RENTED ON HOMEAWAY AND VRBO ONLY.
Open June-October annually.
Studio cabin3 with one queen bed, bathroom w shower, kitchenette w no stove. Gas or Charcoal Grills for cooking. Kitchenette has a microwave, coffee pot, small refrigerator and bar sink. Cabin3 has a/c, electric heater if needed, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, screened porch, parking for one or 2 cars. Conveniently located at 864Massachusetts Route 28, we are 1 mile on foot, car or bicycle to capes beautiful beaches. Fishing, shopping, food and tons of other recreation. Adventure golf with driving range and an arcade is only a short walk away!
Come enjoy our outdoor heated salt water pool, play volleyball on our beach sand, sit by the bon fire, relax in the hammocks, read a book on your private screened porch, catch fireflies in the moonlight and gaze at the stars. Come enjoy Cape Cod with us in our lovely Cabin. We offer an old fashioned-wholesome vacation for the entire family. Good pets are welcome here. It will be a vacation your family will remember for years to come.

It was so nice and relaxing. Outdoor shower was key. Key and cabin were ready on arrival, enjoyed the pool and close to restaurants and live music. Highly recommend.

Cozy Cabin Community

Would rate this 11/10! The location was perfect and hosts were super kind and flexible. We loved the restaurants and ice cream within walking distance and beaches and other attractions were within miles driving. The location is also great if you want to explore more of the Cape. It’s a 10 minute drive to the Ferry, which was really convenient. This Vrbo is perfect if you want to have a night in of grilling, walking with the dogs, and having a fire outside. We didn’t use the pool this time but definitely will be back!

Budget Cottage - Location 5 stars; Cleanliness 1 star

We enjoyed our stay overall - you should know this place is run down, with some mould in the bathroom, generally dirty, and we faced a frustrating ant problem. However, we didn't have much money to spend and the location at this price is unbeatable. You do have a good amount of privacy, it's close to the pool and you can easily walk to activities and food joints in the area. We even walked to the beach a few times which was nice if you don't mind a ~20 min. stroll. Our dog was with us and he enjoyed his time, and we also met some very nice families who have stayed here for their vacations each year going back decades. The grills are close and nice to use, and the activities on the grounds are really fun to play. Best part is the screened porch - we worked remotely there during the week. If you're on a budget, this is a good one!

Best Part of the Trip

Easily the best part of my trip to the Cape. Laid back little cabin with a pool right there, very relaxed atmosphere. Porch for reading in the evening air and air conditioned bedroom for good sleep. My only advice to the owners is to have a better guide of what to bring.

We have been coming to the Cape for 45 years and staying with Yarmouth Country Cabins for the last 12 years. This was the first time we stayed in a smaller cabin and it was perfect for 2 people. Always nice and clean and great atmosphere. We will definitely be back like we are every year!

I booked the studio cottage last minute as just a place to stay after the beach and was pleasantly surprised. The grounds are maintained well, the pool is relaxing, and the cottage was adorable and perfect for what I needed. The location of the cottages is great: right near local beaches and shops and a quick drive away from Hyannis. I enjoyed staying in the cottage much more than a typical beach hotel/motel.

Horrible bed, not rest at all

The bed was very uncomfortable, the air condition sound horrible and the room even though it was clean smell like humidity. Thank God I brought some refresherner and some Lysol spray. The porch and chairs outside needs to be clean or painted. Too much dust and spider web. The bathroom and the kichenette were clean The information list online needs to be updated, almost all the information are incorrect including the Wifi . Location is great we just try to do our best and enjoy our stay.
