Newly remodeled, well furnished, single story spacious home in the heart of everything going on in historic downtown Madison, Indiana.

Steps from the river puts you on the doorstep of the Riverwalk and all the festivals on Vaughn Dr.

Just 2 blocks to Main St makes an easy walk to all of the shopping, dining and events on Main St.

Close to the public boat ramp and ample room for boat parking makes this one a boaters dream.

Short drive to Hanover College and Clifty Falls State Park

Views of the Ohio River and Madison bridge are beautiful from the front porch.

You will receive a door code the day before your stay for a contactless entry.

This home is a duplex. Inside the front door is a foyer area which contains the front door to the home. Riverside Retreat is the left side of the duplex featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious living room, workspace, laundry room, full size dining room and large well stocked kitchen. Linens and towels are included along with a limited supply of other essentials such as coffee, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap and paper towels.

What a great property - perfect location, clean and anything you could need is there! Amy is great to work with and quick with communication! Everything was within walking distance or we would of rented a golf cart. You can't go wrong renting this unit!

After Christmas getaway

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and his retirement and to go hiking- our favorite activity together! This place was perfect! Location! Location! Location! We really enjoyed our stay in Madison, IN. It was perfect renting both sides of this duplex, with our 4 families! The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies and we appreciated the hosts thoughtful gifts and snacks! The place was well decorated and clean. The location was PERFECT. We had a river view from the front porch. We enjoyed walking from the house to the Main Street shops, and enjoyed river walks every day! The mattresses on all of the beds were not great. One family left a night early to go to their beds at home. Thank you for a great stay!

Friends Weekend

We had asked others for suggestions of places to visit for a girls weekend. Madison, Indiana was strongly suggested. So the hunt began for a place to stay. We wanted to be close to the river as well as downtown. This property met those reqirements so we booked it. It did not disappoint! It was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. There is a great view of the river and was only a half a block to walk to. Communication with the the owner was excellent! We highly recommend staying here.

Madison, Indiana has events and festivals going on year round. We have been visiting Madison for over 40 years to enjoy these festivals and activities on the Ohio River. We want everyone to enjoy the place that we love. You can visit here multiply times a year and have a different experience each time ... form Live Music every weekend to monthly festivals ... there's always something to do in Madison!!

This home is the perfect location to be in the heart of everything going on in downtown Madison. This home sits one house from the River and only 2 blocks to Main Street.
Events on Vaughn Drive are right outside your front door.

If you come to hike, adventure and explore through Clifty Falls State Park, this home is a great place to retreat to at the end of each day and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Ohio River and the Riverwalk.
Come to enjoy some time on the water. This home sits directly in front of the Madison public boat ramp and has ample parking for your boat.
Also a short Drive to Hanover College.
