We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very inviting and perfect for a little get away. The space seems much bigger than what is pictured inside! We took advantage of the deck and had multiple meals outside on the porch. We saw deer in the back field just about every night! Iris was very responsive and answered any question we had. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

This lovely, clean home provided the perfect indoor and outdoor accommodations for our siblings weekend. Its proximity to the Sakonnet Winery and to Newport gave us ample opportunity to explore beautiful RI while enjoying our time together.

I rented for my cousin, a bishop, who came to LC to officiate my parents' service of celebration and burial at St Andrews-By-The-Sea. I asked for his feedback, and here is his review: "The house was stellar— immaculate, lovely view from the deck, where I sat at dawn with a cup of coffee to finish my homily, serenaded by water thrushes, a Carolina wren and a cardinal or two. Appliances first rate, quiet, spacious, labels with helpful info everywhere, telling us everything from what is in which drawer to which lights turn on from what switch. So quiet. Seriously, the best."If the Bishop is happy, we are happy ;-) My communication with Iris ahead of check-in was also stellar; she was highly responsive and we felt so well taken care of. I'd tried to get the bishop and family to stay a little longer, but duty called him home. Thank you Iris!

Pleasant smooth experience

Iris was a wonderful host, and a great communicator throughout the whole process. The property and house is beautiful. It was very clean and had great hospitality. Our stay was wonderful and it was the perfect fit. No complaints or negativity towards anything during this stay.

Clean, beautiful home!!!

We stayed here a couple nights with our extended family (8 people). The house was clean, updated and nicely furnished and supplied. The owner and the property manager were responsive and very helpful - we couldn’t have picked a better spot! The kitchen was well-supplied with utensils, pans etc, and has a six burner and griddle stove. Highly recommend!
