Duplex near downtown COS

We stayed here for six weeks in early spring 2025. The property is new and inviting. Nestago was quick to reply with any concerns we had (only minor questions!). It's a quiet neighborhood. If you bring your dog (and if they are a doodle like ours) it's an uphill battle with backyard mulch coming into the house. We got ours groomed (shoutout to Stubbies - they were great!) and it was much better after that! It's good to have a fenced outdoor space so it's worth the extra sweeping. My only thumbs-down on this property is the all-polyester bedding. But that's fixable and may not be an issue to future renters. Thank you Nestago for a great stay!!!!

We truly appreciate your helpful notes as well. The mulch tracking with doodle coats is a classic battle, and we completely agree that having a secure, fenced outdoor space makes the extra sweeping well worth it. Most importantly, thank you for the feedback on the all-polyester bedding—that is an easy fix, and we are already looking into upgrading to more breathable, comfortable linens for future guests. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you both for your extended spring stay, and you are welcome back anytime!
