Welcome to Springdale! Stay in our cozy 1 bedroom Springdale retreat with a comfortable queen bed. Equipped with WiFi, SmarTV, washer and dryer for your convenience, with a very spacious patio perfect for relaxing. This amazing home is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to everything, located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas, just 15 minutes from the University of Arkansas and the nightlife of Dickson Street! You can also drive 5 minutes and try all the different food trucks in Lake Fayetteville. We are happy to help you with any questions you have during your stay in our lovely home.

This unit was a clean and comfortable stay for us as we attended a family gathering. Check-in was very easy, and communication with Ubaldo was very good. Located at the end of a dead end street, traffic and noise is minimal. We plan to stay here again when we return to NWA.

A gem in Johnson

Very enjoyable stay. We just needed a place for 2 nights to handle some business in Springdale. This house filled the bill. Very comfortable bed and living room furniture, shady backyard with a covered patio and a sun deck. Very responsive host. Quiet neighborhood, (well, it was 4th of July) It was easier to stay here and drive to Springdale rather than navigate a hotel every trip.

Hidden Gem

We recently stayed here while visiting our son at UARK. The price was the best selling point. Much better than any hotel. House was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. Only complaint was that the shower liner was on the thin side and tended to violate my personal space (ha ha), but not a big deal. Location was nice. About 10-15 minutes from the campus, and only 3 minutes from Wright's BBQ (highly recommend). We will definitely try to book this house again the next time we visit.
