The top deck offers unparalleled 360-degree views of the ocean, Cascade Head, the city, and the Coast Range mountains - you won't find anything else quite like it in Lincoln City. Plus, with a private hot tub and a TV in every room, this is the perfect place for a group to relax, play, and explore this bustling coastal town.

This retro-style home was built in 1946 and expanded in 1985, with modern upgrades inside and out. The great room houses plush sofas and a recliner arranged before a TV packed with options for group movie nights. Not only will you have cable, but also Netflix streaming, a DVD/Blu-ray player, VCR with VHS tapes, and a DVD library. The gas fireplace in this room will keep you warm and toasty for chillier coastal evenings.

Once you unpack, play some tunes on the sound dock or CD player and start the evening with a game of pool. When it's time for dinner, a large kitchen boasts granite countertops and upgraded appliances and is ready to create a home-cooked meal for the whole group. You'll have a large dining table to serve it up on with room for everyone and the added perk of a dishwasher to keep clean-up easy.

Out on the main deck off the kitchen, you'll find a gas grill if the craving for barbecue hits, along with patio chairs to dine alfresco if desired. Before dinner, you may want a little happy hour on the upper-level sundeck, where ocean views, Cascade Head, and Coastal Range pair nicely with a glass of wine. You'll find a game room on the lower level with more comfy couches, a foosball table, a wet bar, and a PS3 hooked up to a TV.

Additional amenities include WiFi for those who need to stay connected, a baby gate for those toting little ones, and a boogie board for catching waves. There's no need to overpack either; the home has a full-size washer/ dryer to keep up with laundry. There's a new 240-volt electric vehicle charging station with a direct plug-in for Tesla, so you can head out anytime. Other EVs may need an adapter.

With a home this full of entertainment options, it may be difficult to pry yourself away. But when you head out to explore, there's plenty to take in on the town and the beach. Many eating options exist, from local coffee shops to ocean-view seafood grills and outlet stores. There's a movie theater, glass-blowing classes, and the Chinook Winds Casino for in-town entertainment, along with a host of antique stores, galleries, and surf shops to collect some local goods to bring home. And, of course, there's the beach. Boasting long sandy stretches of sand, it's the perfect place to build sandcastles, fly kites, have picnics, and build bonfires at night. If you're visiting in June or October, catch the Kite Festival!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
