Welcome to this stunning two-bedroom, single-level end unit Queens Grant villa, ideally situated just across from the pool and within easy reach of the beach, general store, and a variety of attractions!

Step into the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it perfect for preparing meals. The convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer is located right next to the kitchen.

The expansive living room features a smart TV, a desk, complimentary Wi-Fi, and sliding doors that lead to your private deck. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a convenient tub and shower combination.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen mattress and includes an en-suite bathroom, which also has hallway access and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Outside, you can relax and take in lovely views of the pool and resort. Enjoy your morning coffee or dine al fresco, complete with access to a gas grill.

With just a short walk, bike ride, or a call to the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy Shuttle, you'll have easy access to the beach.

Great Palmetto Dunes Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire experience was positive. The unit (Queen's Grant 646) was perfectly situated for us; the pool was only cards away. The unit was clean upon arrival. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The shuttle to and from the beach was excellent. Lighting in unit needs help. No cutting board.

Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean upon arrival and thank you for the starter set of soaps, toilet paper and garbage bags. That was helpful.Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t very comfortable. The living and dining room couch/chairs were extremely uncomfortable and lacking support. The dining room table and chairs were not practical for a rental more for staging a home. The unit was extremely dark. Not enough overhead lighting . The 6 lamps that they had in the living room were not enough. Especially with the dark furniture. Light bulbs were either burned out or old lighting fixtures throughout the condo. Square plates and cups added to making our stay uncomfortable. Lastly, we selected this condo because it was close to the pool. No one ever told us that this pool was closed!!!

It is a large space, the community pool is right outside your backdoor, and you are steps away from the golf course, clubhouse, driving range, general store, and the Hilton Head Outfitters. The unit has everything we need, the beds are comfortable and the porch containing the garbage can and HVAC outside is the perfect place to park our bikes. We love it and Palmetto Dunes and look forward to planning our next stay.

Great Resort

Had to extend vacation due to emergency. Resort was accommodating to our needs. Did experience trouble with toilet clogging but management responded swiftly and made our extended stay comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 2 weeks after the sale of our local home and before the closing of its replacement. We were too busy to enjoy any of the resort's amenities but valued the central location. Highs included the spaciousness of the unit, accentuated by the open ceiling in the LR/DR, good-sized kitchen and bedrooms, and the great closet space. We especially appreciated the work desk area off the LR. Lows included completely inadequate parking for the occupancy capacity of the complex, lack of adequate glassware and cups/mugs and the mixed nature of what was there, and almost complete absence of hangers in the closets. If we hadn't been in the middle of a move and able to bring our own, we would have needed to go out and buy some hangers. There was no tub stopper in the MBR and the sink stopper was not functional. The kitchen sink stoppers didn't hold water. Grout in the corners of the master bath is missing, and substructure wood rot will result if the tile is not completely regrouted.

No More Palmetto Dunes for Us

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This particular property was decent; not bad, not great, hence 3 stars. The main problem was the very poor property management at Palmetto Dunes. We told them early during our one-week stay that the dishwasher wasn't working; they came out and confirmed this but never fixed it. To make matters worse, we forgot to put our parking permit on the dashboard one evening (we have a convertible and pulled it off the dashboard to keep it from flying out of the car). We received a $100 parking ticket and when we explained the situation in our appeal, they denied the appeal. So we got to handwash our dishes all week and then pay $100 for a minor mistake. We won't stay at Palmetto Dunes again; there are too many other good choices on the island.
