Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very clean and looked just as the pictures displayed! It was a perfect vacation for our first time in Myrtle beach and can’t wait to go back.

The property manager was good at communicating. The vacation rental was not very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental and amenities that were listed but not provided. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The stay was super comfy, clean, and convenient. The pools and hot tubs were closed for maintenance, but it didn't ruin the trip. The beach is right there, and easily accessed. Parking is tight, but convenient. The view isn't direct, which makes the balcony less windy, and you still get a beautiful side view of the ocean.

Poorly advertised. Place is a dump. Simple things to repair / spiff up and not being done. Trim was filthy and broken in serval areas. Or even missing. Holes in the wall/celing. Pieces of ceiling was actively falling down during the stay. Very musty and wet. Curtains had several stains. Area rug was filthy with noticeable stains. Refrigerator shelving was broken and unable to be used on door. Entry door difficult to lock. Duct tape on outside ac unit. Duct tape also on broken fridge shelving. Beds very uncomfortable. Vent fan in bathroom covered in lent/debris. Main door filthy, rusted, non appealing. No dishwasher or washer. Very small for 6 people max. Would not recommend. Wavecrest vacation rentals no rush to respond to any concerns either. Only responded to me one day prior to leaving due to me reporting actively falling ceiling materials and large pieces over bedding.
