Seawatch - Monterey Home - Spectacular Monterey Bay Views
Enjoy sweeping bay views from the two-story home just a splash away from Cannery Row. Decorated in soothing shades of blue and grey with nautical accents, it's just up the hill (500 yards) from the Aquarium and Cannery Row, a short stroll to Starbucks, and 1/2 mile to Lover's Point Beach. Upstairs, there's a gourmet kitchen, a great room with a sectional, dining for 6, a large TV, a fireplace that lights with a switch, and an outdoor patio with a firepit and oceanviews. The primary bedroom, also on this level, has a King bed, an oceanview desk, and a full bath with a separate tub and shower. Two adjoining bedrooms on the lower level can be closed off for privacy with wide doors. One has a King bed, the other bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. These bedrooms share a second full bathoom with a separate tub and shower. Nearby, the laundry room has a full-sized washer/dryer and a door to the double car garage.
