This home is designed for relaxing stays with family and friends and is not suitable for parties or events.

For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and property:
• Exterior security cameras monitoring the front entrance, driveway, front and back yards and exterior perimeter.
• Indoor noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels only (this device does not record audio or conversations)

There are no cameras inside the home, and the pool/hot tub area is not monitored by cameras.

Tampering with, disabling, or covering any security cameras or monitoring devices is strictly prohibited. These devices are in place for safety and property protection. Any attempt to tamper with monitoring equipment may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and involvement of local authorities if necessary.

A rental agreement will be sent via email once you book. Bookings are not confirmed and check in instructions will not be provided until the rental agreement is signed. Rental agreements not signed within 3 days of booking may result in cancelation or the reservation.
