This urban oasis is only 15 min from downtown/10 min from 5 points/15 min from BNA. It features a modern kitchenette, cozy queen sized bed and a lush wooded view with a private deck for lounging. Perfect for travelers seeking an affordable modern and serene hideaway. Close to the city, yet nestled quietly away from the busy city noise.

The property is an acre and guests should feel free to use the fire pit or wander any outdoor portion. In the warmer months there is also a pool available upon request and waiver. It is shared with the main house though and is not always guaranteed due to weather or other circumstances unforeseen.

There is private parking available at the home and a keyless entry for privacy and ease.

Also for musicians, we have a recording studio available for tracking or rehearsing for those in town for shows.

Great Experience

Great location! The scenery was beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful. The host provided plenty of snacks, coffee, and water. It was nice and clean with lots of fluffy towels. We would definitely rent here again.

Enjoyed my stay despite the rain!!!

The property is really nice and cozy, I loved the patio area, there were coffee pods, water and snacks there along with various appliances. There was even body wash(even tho I had my own) its just nice to know it was there in case I needed it!!! Aaron was very friendly and very informative when it came to updates about the property

Perfect little spot!

Aaron's cute little guesthouse was nicely outfitted with very cool decor and all sorts of thoughtful touches. The small kitchen had all the gear and nice accessories you'd need for some real cooking, and it was all handsomely compact and nicely arranged. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower and lovely outdoor deck. Early morning wildlife spotting included deer and woodchucks! The guest house is near the main house, but still very private and secluded by the leafy backyard. The location was about an 8 minute drive to my family in Madison and some fun restaurants, so it was perfect for my visit. Aaron was a friendly and helpful host. Thanks, Aaron, for a beautiful stay!

The neighborhood is quiet and spacious and still close to a lot of the best Nashville has to offer. Specifically this neighborhood is cool as it has lots of historic first homes for Country Music Hall of Famers like Patsy Cline, Jim Reeves, Hank Snow, Col Tom Parker, and Kitty Wells.
