We were staying here to help move our daughter into UB. We were happy to find a place that took pets so she can spend some more time with him before she left! House was perfect! Pool table entertained the teens and location was ideal for travel to UB, Niagara Falls and shopping! Would stay here again!

We had a great stay. The house was very clean, had plenty of space, and the owners communication was outstanding. If you need to contact the owner they respond right away and are very nice. It’s close to all the sites we came to visit and in a great location. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you.

Beautiful Home

The house and property were very nice and homely feeling.The only thing that could use improvement would be the bed upsatairs or possibly bedframe but the bed sinks in the middle and is very uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep on.
