Admiral's Row 109 is a masterfully remodeled beachfront residence that blends contemporary luxury with coastal comfort. This ground-floor unit offers the unique convenience of stepping directly from your living space toward the sand, all while maintaining elevated ocean views. The interior has been completely transformed with luxury plank flooring, smooth ceilings, and designer lighting.

The expansive open floor plan centers around a gourmet kitchen featuring sleek granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The primary suite is a true retreat, offering a king-sized bed and a private, renovated bathroom with custom tiled surrounds. The second bedroom is thoughtfully configured with two twin beds, while the living room’s pull-out sofa provides additional flexibility, allowing the villa to host up to six guests comfortably.

Getting Around:

1 parking pass is included in the displayed rate. 



Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Parking: One complimentary parking pass is included. Additional passes may be purchased for $35 per vehicle.

Supply Standards: We provide a starter set of cookware and dinnerware. Please note that "cooking basics" such as oils and spices, as well as specialty utensils like chopsticks, are not provided.

Community Policies: Per resort regulations, e-bikes are strictly prohibited on the property.
