It was the perfect property for what we were looking for! A place to get away and our two dogs had a blast in the creeks around the house. The fenced in yard was very nice to have the dogs safely running around. The house was super cute and comfortable! Would definitely book again!

Awesome stay for my dog with the fully fenced area! I loved the grill, patio, hammocks, fire pit, location for hikes, privacy, and 20 minute drive to Payson. Will be my first pick for my next stay in the area.

Loved the home and everything it had to offer! This was perfect for our weekend getaway. The community was quiet and just walking distance from a creek and a park for the kids. We enjoyed laying in the hammocks at night looking at the stars. The yard was perfect for my husky.

Ourntime away was so needed, the commu icatiion was excellent everything was perfect. The deck was great, having the yard all enclosed was awesome for our fur babies, loved the retro appliances, the coffee bar was so welcoming. A great place to regenerate, loved the solitude, but had the biggest kick at all the cows that crossed our paths. Definitely will go again. Thank you Edrika

What a perfect little quiet neighborhood! The house was exactly what we wanted for our long distance bestie getaway weekend. Wonderful nights out on the patio or by the fire, and glorious mornings with coffee and a book looking out the fantastic big windows with a glimpse of the mogollon rim!

Awesome Cabin in the Woods

We really loved our stay at this cabin. It is in an awesome neighborhood where you can directly access the Verde River or enjoy hiking. There is also access to a neighborhood park and tennis courts/basketball court. The windows in the living room provided a great view of the rim. The fenced in yard was also great for our dogs. We highly recommend this cabin for those wanting to explore Payson.

Everything was great, and we enjoyed the cabin. With the rain the creek was high and water was flowing over the road in that low area. So we were lucky to get out. We gambled and made it across. Something to note people may have to deal with there. A local resident said it would be worse the longer the day went on and it could be a day or two before the water level went down.

we loved our stay of two nights in this comfortable country cabin. We were here with no snow on the ground and beautiful weather. In a snowier winter, it might be more difficult to access - - don't know. For us, it was easy. Lovely neighborhood walks across the creek and along it, and a good place for our doggie to run in the neighborhood park. Fenced all around so he could be free outside the house. The kitchen could use some more utensils, lids for pots and pans, dish towels… But we still made all our food comfortably. Adorable miniature buy functional appliances, including a turntable for the assortment of LPs, one-slice toaster, microwave, vintage-appearing but modern refrigerator. Comfortable beds and bedding. Beautiful big windows with lots of light, and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunshine. good Wi-Fi. No TV, so we played dominos and read, and it was a nice change of pace.We would return here again and stay longer!

River access, we love the way leaves change color for every season. Basketball and tennis courts for our guest. Playground for the kiddos. So many hikes in the same neighborhood even. Neighbors are very friendly.
