Welcome to Ocean Village Club O31! Discover the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure at this stunning top-floor condo in the sought-after gated community, Ocean Village Club Condominiums near downtown Historic St Augustine, Florida. Perfectly located in the "O" building, the most convenient building at the village to the beach, this spacious end unit offers spectacular views of the oceanside and pool from your private balcony—ideal for unwinding or soaking in the coastal breeze. Please note that this unit is on the third floor unit and has no elevator( there are low rise steps for easier ascent and descending).

Relax on your private balcony, where you can enjoy stunning views of the ocean and the pool. This spacious top-floor corner unit is just a short walk from the pool and private boardwalk. This unit is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. The "O" building is the closest to the beach in the Ocean Village Club Condominiums, offering unbeatable proximity to the sand and sea. With its open floor plan and plenty of space, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
Updated and Inviting Living Space: This unit features two fully remodeled bathrooms and an updated kitchen, blending sleek, modern design with a relaxed beachy vibe that's perfect for vacation living. Enjoy having an in unit washer and dryer to use during the length of your stay.
Resort-Style Amenities: You will have the most optimal access to the beach access area compared to others in the Ocean Village Club Condominiums (beach chairs provided in the unit). Guests have access to two pools—one just behind your condo, surrounded by open lawn areas, shuffleboard, and private beach access. The second pool (heated in winter) includes a fitness center and adjacent tennis courts, located centrally within the complex. For outdoor enjoyment, there are grilling and picnic pavilions with ample space to gather with family and friends to relax. Enjoy all the amenities while feeling safe and secure in a gated community.

To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. - To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home.
